Art Of Living

During my search, I was introduced into the art of living courses in April 2005. As any one else, I had my own level of skepticism to begin with. However as I grew in knowledge, the skepticisms dropped - Not only against art of living, but for any spiritual path. There are different paths so that people could pick a path that suits their mental outlook. The reality is ONE. All our opinions are coming from the mind.

The truth is to see who you are. You can follow Sri Sri, read Yoga Vasishta, follow Iskcon - You can do pretty much anything you want. But, unless you are willing to take the chance, walk the path(any thing that you choose) , and be sincere to the core, you will not go beyond the words and the mind - FOr the real thing is beyond the mind. When one can see that, then this feeling arises - "Oh ho...". Then suddenly everything makes sense.

When one sees that even for a moment, how does any thing matter? Who does what?...There is no one to question and no one to answer!!!!..Any way before comprehending knowledge, one should be able to look inside - That is grow beyond the mental impressions. These techniques are essentially to go beyond your mental impressions and see the things as they are.

Follow any practices you like. But make a 100% committment and do everything what the guru says to the core - 100% and then see what happens. Sri Sri is one of the greatest human beings - Or the Being that ever lived on this planet. I am not surprised by people not accepting it. For that matter, the world never truly appreciated anyone. They killed Socrates, Gandhi, Jesus and Lincoln. So I am not surprised about the comments. To make any comment, one must be an expert in that field. So first things first. Do your basic course. Do sadhana regularly. Do some advanced courses and go deep inside. Then make your comments...
